I have a dual tray printer which allows us to print the documents quickly and reduce any printer errors. As a certified notary signing agent, I ensure that all documents are signed and executed correctly, reducing the\n risk of fraud and errors. Our notary signing agent services are available 7 days a week and we can come to your home or office to provide the service. Most of the fees are sent to the state. Our average transaction fee\/profit from each transaction is between $75-$95.<\/p>\n

Notaries are not allowed to waive or lower state fees. They are set by our state legislature and enforced by PennDOT.<\/p>\n

Commercial Registered Office Provider (CROP):<\/p>\n

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania does not require companies to have a registered agent. However, every company must have a registered office. This is the company’s official address for receiving legal and government documents. Having\n a registered office provider allows you to keep your personal address private if you have a home-based business or avoid lawsuits being served to you in front of your clients. It is also perfect for businesses who do not have a physical\n location in Pennsylvania but conduct business in the commonwealth. <\/p>\n

What we do for you:<\/p>\n

We scan any lawsuit or official correspondence we receive and email it to you. We will also forward the first two sets of documents for no additional cost via mail. We will call you and let you know within two business days of any\n correspondence being received. We can overnight or deliver documents at your expense upon request. <\/p>\n

How much does it cost?<\/p>\n

It is $80 per year to use our service. We can also file your incorporation paperwork for $100 plus state fees. <\/p>\n

Can you tell me which type of business structure I should use?<\/p>\n

No. While I am a business owner and would love to help out someone starting out, I cannot advise anyone on these issues. Doing so would be giving legal advice and I am not a lawyer. <\/p>\n
