Mobile Notary Services:

Our mobile notary services are designed to bring the convenience of notarizing important documents to your doorstep. Our mobile notary services include notarizing wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, affidavits, and more. Signing Agent Services:

Our notary signing agent services provide an extra layer of security and professionalism for loan signings and real estate transactions. We are experienced in handling loan documents, such as promissory notes, deeds of trust, and mortgage documents. We have a dual tray printer which allows us to print the documents quickly and reduce any printer errors. As a certified notary signing agent, I ensure that all documents are signed and executed correctly, reducing the risk of fraud and errors. Our notary signing agent services are available 7 days a week and we can come to your home or office to provide the service. If you are buying or selling a property and need a signing agent, please request Kenneth Clark with The Hoofstamp LLC to handle your closing. We offer NET 30 payment terms for established title companies, signing services, and lenders.

Under 100 pages and within 10 miles of my office: $85

The Hoofstamp LLC is a PennDOT authorized Full Agent. This means we can:


Process title transfers


Issue tags


Renew registrations


Issue In-Transit tags (for out of state buyers)

Purchased a vehicle out of state?


No problem. We will need a VIN tracing or you may need to bring the vehicle to our office so we can verify the VIN. Please call us to confirm the documents that will be needed.


If you are buying or selling a vehicle we are ready to take care of your transaction! We offer appointments even on evenings and weekends.

Commercial Registered Office Provider (CROP):

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania does not require companies to have a registered agent. However, every company must have a registered office. This is the company’s official address for receiving legal and government documents. Having a registered office provider allows you to keep your personal address private if you have a home-based business or avoid lawsuits being served to you in front of your clients. It is also perfect for businesses who do not have a physical location in Pennsylvania but conduct business in the commonwealth. 

What we do for you:

We scan the first 15 pages of any lawsuit or official correspondence we receive and email it to you. We will also forward the first two sets of documents for no additional cost via the mail. We will call you and let you know within two business days of any correspondence being received. 

How much does it cost?

It is $80 per year to use our service. We can also file your incorporation paperwork for $100 plus state fees. 

Can you tell me which type of business structure I should use?

No. While I am a business owner and would love to help out someone starting out, I cannot advise anyone on these issues. Doing so would be giving legal advice and I am not a lawyer.
